Men's Group
Figuring this out alone is not an option.
Every week you wait, you risk your health, family stability and financial risk. Studies indicate that 1/5 men die from suicide after relationship breakups, especially during the first 1-2 years. Without a clear understanding of the system, legal fees add up, energy spent on the wrong thing leads to bad decisions made under stress, and ruminating thoughts take attention away from kids and family. This group supports your primary survival needs, meta/micro perspective-taking, and logistical navigation tools for divorce.
Stop texting your lawyer at $400/hr
Get fast, clear answers to the questions eating you alive, without the bill that follows.
Talk to men who actually get it
No judgment. No "just be positive." Real men and dads, at every stage, sharing what's working and what isn't.
Make better decisions under pressure
Learn to separate what's emotional from what's strategic, before it costs you in court or with your kids.
Show up as a better dad through all of it
Your kids are watching. This group helps you stay grounded, present, and focused on what matters most.
Whether you just found out, you're in the middle of the process, or you're rebuilding after, there's a seat for you here. The 1st step is the hardest. Take it.
No more than 8 men at one time, 6 sessions, 90 minutes, $240 total ($27/hr).
LOCATION: Local to Indianapolis? Great. We can meet in-person. Further away? We offer videoconference for national/international clients.
Sessions contain

Strategic planning as you prioritize a

Education about priorities and expectations
Parenting children and managing family dynamics
Helpful spreadsheets to keep it all together
Literature and research to support empirical reasons for your decisions
45-60 minutes of peer and coach support:
We need each other (Studies indicate that 1/5 men die from suicide after relationship breakups, especially during the first 1-2 years)
What do I need before jumping into another relationship?
Who am I now that Iām single?
Needing help with a complete life change is a strength, not a weakness.
How do I talk to friends and family about this?
